pixelxmint is not a wallet provider, broker, exchange, financial institution, or payment processor.

We do not hold custody or control over digital tokens, blockchains, or third parties that you interact with.

Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

Your Blockchain Identity

Your blockchain wallet address acts as your identity on pixelxmint and displays the NFTs associated with that address.

Third-Party Wallets

To use the Platform you must connect a third-party wallet. pixelxmint does not operate or control wallets.

You are responsible for keeping your wallet credentials and seed phrase secure.

All intellectual property related to the Platform including interface design, logos, graphics, text, and software belongs to pixelxmint or its licensors.

pixelxmint grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute pixelxmint intellectual property without permission.

The Platform may provide links to third-party websites, applications, or blockchain services.

pixelxmint does not control or endorse these services and you access them at your own risk.

NFTs and digital assets are created by third parties and pixelxmint cannot guarantee their authenticity.

When using the Platform you agree not to violate any law or third party rights.

• Do not impersonate another user.
• Do not distribute spam or malicious content.
• Do not manipulate marketplace metrics.
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform.
• Do not create NFTs containing illegal content.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

NFTs and cryptocurrency are volatile and may lose value.

pixelxmint is not responsible for losses due to blockchain transactions, hacking, phishing attacks, or user mistakes.

Any dispute between you and pixelxmint will be resolved through binding arbitration.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

pixelxmint reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.

All licenses granted to you will terminate if you breach these Terms.
